产品简介(Product description)：

WLT系列是一种光泽高、耐磨损、耐化学腐蚀的双组份环氧油墨。WLT系列所有色相均采用不含铅等重金属颜料生产。

WLT series is a high gloss, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance of two-component epoxy ink. All colors of WLT series are produced with lead-free and other heavy metal pigments.

产品应用(Product applications):

     WLT系列双组份油墨广泛应用于各种金属铭牌、招牌、薄金属板、彩晶玻璃面板的印刷。WLT系列光油应用于玻璃喷绘光油的印刷及辊涂，对喷绘UV墨水重涂性好，附着力优异。

    WLT series two-component ink is widely used in all kinds of metal nameplate, signboard, thin metal plate, color crystal glass panel printing. WLT series varnishes are used in the printing and roller coating of glass spray varnishes. They have good repainting performance and excellent adhesion to UV ink.

施工工艺(Construction Technology)：

WLT系列产品采用100-300目丝网印刷及辊涂。固化剂添加比例为WLT-735双组份固化剂6%，根据成像细节的不同，可使用5%-20%WLT-66专用稀释剂加以稀释。

WLT series products using 100-300 mesh screen printing and roller coating. The ratio of curing agent is 6% for WLT-735 two-component curing agent. According to different imaging details, 5% -20% WLT-66 special thinner can be used to dilute.

产品干燥条件(Product drying conditions):

     WLT系列油墨在添加固化剂后参与化学反应，正常烘烤温度为180℃10分钟或190℃8分钟。

储存及保质期(Storage and shelf life):

产品在密封状态下。储存于25℃以下，避光、干燥环境内。如储存条件正确，产品在未添加固化剂的情况下，保质期为12个月。
