施工工艺(Construction Technology)：

该系列产品均可采用丝网100-250网版印刷及辊涂。根据成像细节要求的不同，可使用5%-20%的专用调墨油稀释。

产品干燥条件(Product drying conditions):   

表面干燥条件：150℃-180℃/5分钟

   高温烧秸条件：620℃-720℃/2-10分钟，温度低时间长

high temperature burning condition: 620 ° C-720 ° C/2-10 minutes, low temperature and long time

储存及保质期(Storage and shelf life):

产品包装在密封状态下，储存于避光、干燥环境内，存储温度应在10-35℃，温度70%为宜，如储存条件正确，产品的保质期为生产日期起12个月。

The product should be sealed and stored in a dark and dry environment. The storage temperature should be 10-35 ° C and 70% . If the storage condition is correct, the shelf life of the product should be 12 months from the production date.

使用方法（Use methods）

1、油墨使用前务必除去印材表面的脏物及静电。

   1, ink must be removed before the use of dirt and static electricity on the surface of the printing material.

2、使用前请将油墨充分搅拌均匀，以防止油墨中的晶体产生沉淀

3、油墨在印刷过程中请每隔半小时到1小时添加新调配好的油墨或适量的稀释剂，保证油墨的印刷流畅性。

      本资料数据为吴越化工实验室实测数据值，作为客户使用前参考。因印刷基材或工艺不同，请在批量使用前先进行样品测试。所有环测请在油墨完全干燥后放置24小时再进行。
