SW-105水性高温玻璃油墨产品说明

SW-105水性高温光伏白是我司专门研发的一款应用于光伏组件背板的高反射水性高温玻璃油墨。该产品通过各项性能测试，SGS环保认证及普通货物运输认证，产品环保、综合性能优越，具有优异的低收缩率和高反射率，可有效增加组件的发电效益。

SW-105 water-based high-temperature photovoltaic white is our company specially developed a high-reflective water-based high-temperature photovoltaic module for the back of the glass ink. The product has passed all performance tests, SGS Environmental Protection Certification and general cargo transport certification. It has excellent environmental protection, comprehensive performance, low shrinkage and high reflectivity.

产品参数(Product parameters)：

1、白色反射率（38-1100nm）82±1%，因含量78±2%，油墨细度≤6um。

    1. White reflectivity (38-1100nm)82 ± 1% , ink fineness ≤6um because of content 78 ± 2% .

2、施工工艺：采用120目-250目丝网印刷及辊涂，根据成像细节的要求用使用SW系列专用水性稀释剂4-6%开稀。

    2. Construction Technology: Using 120 mesh -250 mesh screen printing and roller coating, according to the requirements of imaging details using SW series of water-based diluent 4 -6% dilution.

3、产品干燥条件：表面干燥180℃，3-5min

                     烧烤条件：650℃-750℃

roasting condition: 650 ° C-750 ° C

4、储存及保质期：产品在密闭条件下，储存于避光干燥环境内，保质期为生产日期起6个月。

    4. Storage and shelf life: the product is stored in a dark and dry environment under airtight conditions. The shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
